License, refunds and support

Applies to Athena Ads Ops — AI workflows for freelance Meta ads specialists (V1, package 0.7.4), USD49 one-time. Terms for the human-reviewed drafting toolkit. These terms do not alter the legacy spreadsheet product or older customers’ rights.

License

One individual buyer may use the prompts in their own work and create human-reviewed deliverables for clients. Do not redistribute/resell the paid prompt files or share the paid package as a team license. Another operator needs their own purchase. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party material or alter AI-provider rights. Obtain necessary rights to input material and review deliverables before client use.

Refund requests

A full refund is available on a request made within seven days of purchase to hello@athenaadsops.com. Applicable consumer rights and provider obligations are preserved; the seven-day business policy does not say statutory rights end then. No request or refund is processed by this document.

Asynchronous support

The owner confirms hello@athenaadsops.com is monitored. Support covers file access and documented setup. It does not include calls, account work, bespoke consulting or certification. No fixed response-time promise.

Version entitlement

Keep your downloaded purchased V1. Corrections/minor updates to that purchased V1 are included if actually released. No promised schedule, future modules, future model support, lifetime service or perpetual hosted-link guarantee. Future notification/access mechanisms must be verified before they are promised. AI-plan and separate tool costs are not included.
